All transactions on the et88 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). et88 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
et88 complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. et88 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities and to freeze accounts pending investigation. Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
et88 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.
et88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before playing. In the event of a discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the result recorded on et88's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, et88 reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Legitimate real-money balances not derived from prohibited conduct will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable regulatory holds.
Players may request closure of their account at any time by contacting et88 support. Before closing your account, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed. et88 will process voluntary closure requests within a reasonable timeframe.
All content on the et88 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the property of et88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the et88 Platform without prior written consent from et88. Unauthorized use of et88's intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, et88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if et88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
et88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit et88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
et88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
et88 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and login credentials.
